RENTAL RATES include sales tax, utilities, wireless high speed internet connection, free use of washer/dryer, and other amenitites at no additional cost above this rate. If you rent all 3 condo units, you also have exclusive rights to use the conference center in the north end of the lodge and the Caboose on the west side of the lodge at no additional charge.
Guests may also make arrangements to visit our 160 acre Ocooch Mountain Acres organic farm near Avalanche where cash crops include maple syrup from the forest land and field crops for our neighbors dairy cows. Farm is 10 minutes east of Westby near Avalanche. Guest may enjoy activities such as wild like photography (including deer, turkey, pheasant, and many kinds of birds including Eagles), mushrooming, hiking, biking, cross country skiing, horse back riding, camp fires, and trout fishing in the West Fork of the Kickapoo River that runs near the farm.

Inquire about CORPORATE DISCOUNTS that may be available for extended stays on week nights (Monday through Thursday night) for business travelors. Company headquaraters must have made reservations and paid rent for atleast one month in advance.
