RENTAL RATES
Our rental rate includes sales tax, utilities, wireless high
speed internet connection, free use of washer/dryer, etc…no
additional cost above this rate. If guests rent both units,
they have exclusive rights to use the 160 acres Ocooch
Mountain Acres farm near Avalanche (10 minutes east of Westby)
for activities such as hunting, mushrooming, hiking, skiing,
horse back riding, camp fires, etc.
$150.00 per night for 1 unit ( $250 per night for both
)
Your choice of either 1S or 2S 1500 sq. ft. condo unit

This rate is for 1 to 6 people. Ask about rates for additional
persons.
Extended stay discounts are 10% off for 1 full week, 20% off
for 2 full weeks, 30% off for 3 full weeks, 40% off for 4 full
week. Maximum stay allowed is 4 weeks. Minimum stay required
is 2 nights.
